Your appointments are very important to me. I secure your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with 48- hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list. I do understand that unavoidable issues come up and I will always do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. You have read and agree to comply with salon policies by opting to use my services. Please understand there are NO REFUNDS. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please reach back out within one week for an adjustment. This will be based upon the circumstances provided.
